Terms of Services
These terms apply to all tour bookings made with our travel services.
1. Booking Terms
- Confirmation requires 40% advance payment of the total tour cost.
- Balance payment must be paid 20 days before travel.
- Bookings depend on hotel and transport availability.
- No refunds for unused services in the package.
2. Pricing Policy
- Package price may change due to fuel cost, hotel tariff, or government tax changes.
- Personal expenses and extra sightseeing are not included.
- Standard hotel check-in and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must carry valid ID like Aadhar or Passport.
- Guests must follow local laws and hotel rules.
- Damage to hotel or vehicle property must be paid by the guest.
- AC may be turned off in hill areas as per driver decision.
4. Package Policy
- Accommodation in Kedarnath or similar areas may be basic on per-bed basis.
- Tour itinerary may change due to weather or local conditions.
- Company is not responsible for delays due to natural disasters.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Note: Single passenger cancellation is not allowed. Remaining guest must pay single occupancy charges.
